Abstract

|
The purpose of this paper is to investigate Customer satisfaction toward Financial service of situation changes. We investigated Korean customer satisfaction and financial situation of changer and other groups in Korea. The results derived from analyzing the investigation of analyses are as follows. 1) The Korean financial(ex:Bank system) groups have the significant differences of changes toward Business situation. 2) The Business customer satisfaction have important differences from financial service of situation changes. 3) Korean customer satisfaction must developed financial service variables of situation changes.
